Context
Thirty years after its founding, Fundación Gego was preparing for its next chapter and sought to strengthen its governance, diversify its sources of income and build an institutional model capable of supporting Gego's legacy for generations to come.
Our role
We worked alongside the Foundation's leadership to strengthen the institution from the inside. This included redesigning the Foundation's governance framework, clarifying operational structures, and identifying new opportunities for philanthropy, partnerships and licensing.
Outcome
The engagement provided the Foundation with a blueprint for its future, equipping its leadership with a coherent framework for decision-making, organisational growth and long-term financial resilience.
